Ken Riead
When looking for a virtual event representative with extensive event expertise, you would be hard-pressed to find someone with a longer successful history than our CEO - Ken Riead.
Ken organized and ran the highly successful Energy Expositions (Energy Expos) held in Kansas City, MO and Denver, CO from 1978 to 1985. These expos were an annual 4-day event that drew between 45,000 to 60,000 attendees at their peak.
There was no Internet or mobile phones in that era so Ken contacted exhibitors, sponsors and groups using a desk phone and a new invention, the facsimile or fax machine. The energy expos utilized the largest convention spaces in Kansas City and even featured a completely constructed solar demonstration home in 1984. (See Energy Expo Cover)
Ken built and ran the EGM Connect virtual expo in 2016 and 2017, and the DesignCharrette3D virtual expos.
Ken now represents Hyperfair for the United States of America and can help you create and build your successful virtual event. He can quickly give you pricing and explain features and options.
